How to Fill Out Delivery Receipts
The big day has arrived - your furniture is here!
Once the delivery team has completed your delivery, you will be presented with documentation to sign stating that you have received your furniture.
Please be sure to notate anything that is not as expected on the documents, whether they are paper forms or electronic signature forms. You should always be presented with the opportunity to confirm that
- Your furniture was delivered free of damage
- Your home is free of damage from the delivery
- All of the pieces on the order are accounted for (notate if anything is missing)
If anything is not as expected, regardless of who may be at fault, it is vital that you notate that on the paperwork and contact Sofas and Sectionals right away (877-702-0555 option 2 for Customer Service or email to firstname.lastname@example.org) Even if this is after hours, we will have an important record of your call to support any claims for damages or defects. If your delivery occurs within business hours, you will be guided through the process and next steps to resolve the issues.
If you call outside of our regular business hours, we will receive your message and get back with you at the earliest possible time, either by phone or email. Either way, we will follow up with an email ticket that will be our primary means of tracking the progress, exchanging information, and resolving any problems for you.
