My Furniture Arrived Damaged
Your long awaited delivery has finally happened, but now there is a problem. One of the pieces of furniture you ordered arrived damaged.
Don't Panic! At Sofas & Sectionals we have you covered.
First things first, look over the item carefully. Is it still safe to use in your home? If so, please accept the delivery and take the following steps:
- Notate the delivery receipt with which item appears to be damaged and any notes you have.
- Take lots of pictures, this will help us on the next step.
- Open a support ticket by either calling us at 877-802-0555 or emailing us at support@sofasandsectionals.com
- Relax as best you can and rest assured that we will do anything possible to get your furniture repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
If the furniture is not safe to use, structurally unsound, or may cause damage to your home or floors, please reject the delivery.
